Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, space plans, and detailed layouts that align with client requirements and project standards. Daily tasks include preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring design integrity throughout execution. The role involves conducting site visits, reviewing material samples, managing design revisions, and presenting design proposals and mood boards to stakeholders.

Designer will also support project documentation, maintain design timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, with the ability to create cohesive, functional, and aesthetically aligned spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring optimal use of layouts for residential and/or commercial environments.
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical design documents.
- Working knowledge of construction and renovation processes, including coordination with site teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior design or fit-out projects is preferred.
