n Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a growing interior design and execution company specializing in commercial and corporate interior projects. We are looking for a dynamic skilled who possesses strong design expertise along with excellent client acquisition and sales skills.

n

n Key Responsibilities

n Design innovative and functional commercial and corporate interior spaces.

n Prepare 2 D layouts, 3 D concepts, working drawings, and presentation designs.

n Meet prospective clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.

n Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and references.

n Convert inquiries into successful project closures.

n Prepare project proposals, quotations, BOQs, and presentations.

n Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.

n Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project coordination.

n Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.





n Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

n Required Skills

n Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate interior design.

n Excellent sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

n Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.

n Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.

n Strong communication and presentation skills.

n Ability to independently manage both design and sales responsibilities.

n Eligibility Criteria

n Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial &

- Corporate Interior Design and Sales.

n Experience in residential interiors will not be considered.

n Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

n Proven track record of generating business and closing interior design projects.

n Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
