Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design & Sales role based in Hyderabad, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their lifestyle, budget, and design preferences, and presenting tailored interior solutions.

Responsibilities include developing space plans, selecting furniture and finishes, preparing design proposals and quotations, and coordinating with design and project teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also requires guiding clients through product options, conducting site visits,



and maintaining robust follow-up to close sales and build long-term relationships.

The Interior

Design & Sales professional will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetic layouts aligned with client requirements.
- Knowledge of Furniture selection and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for residential interiors and modern design concepts.
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentation of design proposals, and collaboration with project and vendor teams.
- Relevant experience in interior design, design consulting, or interior sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design tools or software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
