- Independently manage patients admitted to the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
- Assess, stabilize, and treat critically ill medical patients
- Manage ventilators, invasive monitoring, and hemodynamic support
- Perform ICU procedures including central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, intubation, and airway management
- Handle sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, poisoning, multi-organ dysfunction,
and other critical medical emergencies
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ICU notes, and discharge summaries
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards
