Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement system integrations and interfaces across enterprise applications.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and system-to-system interfaces.
- Integrate applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
- Ensure reliable data exchange, synchronization, and transformation between systems.
- Configure and manage integration workflows, mappings, and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and interface-related defects.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
- Perform integration testing, support UAT, and resolve defects.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, mappings, APIs, and integration flows.
- Ensure integrations meet required security, performance, scalability, and availability standards.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in enterprise application integration and interface development.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and API gateways.
- Robust knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and data transformation.




- Experience with SQL and database integration.
- Knowledge of integration patterns such as API-led, event-driven, batch, and real-time integration.
- Experience with integration platforms/middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus/App Connect, or similar.
- Understanding of authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, API keys, and certificates.
- Experience with integration testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP integration services.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platforms.
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HR, financial, or other enterprise systems.
- Relevant integration/API certifications are an advantage.
