Role Description- The Insurance Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves managing insurance processes, including policy administration, documentation, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination, to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. The individual will liaise with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to obtain quotations, compare coverage options, and support insurance placement aligned with client needs.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining policy records, monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and preparing reports and summaries for internal reviews and client updates.



The role also requires responding to client inquiries, providing transparent information on insurance products and processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in operational workflows.

Qualifications-

- Strong knowledge of Insurance products, policy administration, and basic Insurance regulations.
- Foundational understanding of Finance concepts relevant to insurance, risk assessment, and premium calculations.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage processes, including quotations, placements, and renewals.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, insurance, business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort with using insurance or CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
- Prior experience in insurance operations, brokerage support, or financial services is an advantage.
