Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Representative role based in Coimbatore.

The Insurance

Representative will identify prospective customers, explain insurance and financial products, and recommend suitable solutions in line with their needs and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and assisting customers with policy selection, documentation, and claims-related guidance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, meeting sales and service targets, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and explain life and general insurance products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to assess customer needs, compare product options, and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in finance, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work towards defined sales and service targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools are advantageous.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
