Role Description The Insurance Agent role is a part-time, remote position responsible for promoting and selling ICICI Prudential Life insurance products to individual customers and families. On a day-to-day basis, the Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, conduct needs-based discussions, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. The role involves explaining product features and benefits, assisting customers with applications and documentation,



and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The Insurance

Agent will also follow up on leads, provide ongoing customer service, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards while meeting assigned sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate strong Insurance Sales skills and a solid understanding of life Insurance products.
- Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and Finance to support informed financial guidance for customers.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including transparent communication, active listening, and empathetic relationship management.
- Comfort working in a part-time remote environment with self-motivation, time management, and target-driven focus.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and online platforms for remote client interaction and documentation.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations are beneficial.
- Minimum educational background of high school diploma; higher education in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
