We are looking for an Instructional Content Developer with experience in the creation, adaptation and editing of digital learning content, particularly within the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming learning materials into accessible, visually consistent and high-quality digital experiences while ensuring compliance with established standards for layout, usability and quality.





We particularly value candidates who are interested in new technologies and in using digital tools to improve the efficiency and quality of content production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and format digital learning content using HTML and CSS, ensuring a consistent experience across devices.
- Adapt educational materials into digital formats while preserving visual quality and pedagogical consistency.
- Edit and review content to ensure clarity, consistency and correct functionality.
- Apply accessibility, usability and responsive design principles.
- Perform quality assurance and functional testing prior to publication.
- Identify and correct formatting, styling, structural and hyperlink issues.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Product and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Document processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows.
- Use digital tools to streamline editing, review and documentation tasks whenever they add value.

Requirements

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience in digital content production and editing.
- Knowledge of LMS or CMS platforms.
- Ability to interpret functional specifications and style guides.
- Basic knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) is desirable.




- Familiarity with digital productivity tools for content creation and review.

Good to Have

- Previous experience in e-learning or digital learning content projects.
- Experience working with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Open edX, Moodle or similar.
- Basic JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Interest in leveraging new technologies to improve digital content production processes.
