Our programs for Grades 1–10 focus on Communication, Leadership, AI Literacy, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Digital Citizenship, Career Readiness, and 21st Century Skills. Our curriculum is designed in alignment with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, and Kaushal Vikas, helping students develop competencies required for the future.
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and research-driven Curriculum &
- Content Developer to design engaging learning experiences for students across Grades 1–10.
The ideal candidate should have experience in curriculum design, educational content development, project-based learning, and instructional design. They should be comfortable researching government education frameworks, designing experiential learning content, and creating engaging digital learning experiences for Lean Hyphen's Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum &
- Content Development
Design and develop curriculum for Grades 1–10 across Lean Hyphen's programs.
Create high-quality lesson plans, workbooks, projects, worksheets, assessments, simulations, teacher guides, and student resources.
Design competency-based, experiential, and project-based learning experiences aligned with learning outcomes.
Ensure all content is engaging, age-appropriate, practical, and aligned with Lean Hyphen's academic philosophy.

- Learning Design
Conduct research on NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, Kaushal Vikas, CBSE competency-based education, government skill development initiatives, and global future skills frameworks.
Benchmark leading curriculum providers, EdTech companies, and innovative learning models.
Translate research into meaningful classroom activities, projects, assessments, and digital learning experiences.
Stay updated on emerging trends in education, pedagogy, AI, and future skills.

- Digital Content
Design real-world projects, challenges, simulations, and experiential learning activities.
Develop content for Lean Hyphen's LMS, including interactive lessons, quizzes, missions, reflection activities, badges, and gamified learning journeys.
Create scripts for learning videos, teacher training modules, and multimedia learning resources.
Collaborate with the Product and Design teams to build engaging digital learning experiences.
- AI-Assisted Content Development &
- Quality Assurance
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms to enhance research, ideation, and content development.
Review, fact-check, edit, and refine AI-generated content to ensure academic accuracy and originality.
Maintain high standards of instructional design, language, consistency, and quality across all content.
Update curriculum regularly based on classroom feedback, implementation insights, and evolving educational policies.

Work closely with the Curriculum, Product, Design, Implementation, and Technology teams to develop innovative learning experiences.
Support the creation of teacher training materials, implementation guides, and academic resources.
Participate in pilot programs, curriculum validation, and product enhancement initiatives.
Contribute ideas for recent programs, projects, and future-ready learning solutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely delivery of curriculum and content.
- Quality, creativity,
and accuracy of educational content.
- Alignment with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, and Kaushal Vikas.
- Contribution to gamified learning and LMS content.
- Research quality and innovation.
- Timely completion of revisions and collaborative projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, educational content writing, or EdTech.
- Experience developing K–12 curriculum is preferred.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, Kaushal Vikas, competency-based education, or vocational education frameworks is highly desirable.

Working Conditions Working Days: Monday to Saturday Collaborate with multiple teams across Curriculum, Product, Design, and Implementation.
Occasional travel to schools for classroom observations, curriculum validation, teacher interactions, workshops, and pilot implementations.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Flexibility to support project launches, teacher training sessions, and academic events whenever required.
