- Ability to learn quickly, handle objections,



and navigate conversations confidently.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales data.

Your Day

- Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant Benefits & Insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities for the sales team.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle initial objections and work towards converting conversations into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and business teams to improve outreach and conversion.
- Learn the Benefits & Insurance business and continuously sharpen your sales approach.
