About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative who enjoys talking to people and helping students explore career opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, interacting with students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right learning opportunities.

You don't need to be an expert salesperson when you join us. We provide the necessary training, product knowledge, and support to help you become confident in your role.

What You Will Do

- Connect with students and young professionals through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings.
- Have meaningful conversations with students about their education, interests, and career goals.
- Understand their requirements and suggest relevant Corizo programs.
- Explain our training, internship, and career development programs in a simple and clear way.
- Answer student questions and help them understand the benefits of different programs.
- Follow up with students who are interested and continue the conversation.




- Build a positive relationship with prospective students and provide a positive experience.
- Maintain basic information about conversations and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Work closely with the team to ensure students receive the right information and support.
- Learn about new programs, industry trends, and career opportunities.
- Participate in regular training and team activities to improve your communication and professional skills.

Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, counselling, business development, or similar roles can apply.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to speak with people.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Knowledge of Telugu/Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work from our Hyderabad office.
