nnAbout the Role:

nnThis is India focused role, working in IST zone.

nnAgileFever is looking for a high-performing and experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling AI courses and bootcamps. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-ticket individual and corporate deals.

nnKey Responsibilities:

nnDevelop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting India-based IT professionals for AI and Machine Learning training programs.

nOwn the sales pipeline — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, follow-ups, and closing.

nGenerate and nurture leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, webinars, and direct calls.

nUnderstand buyer personas, pain points, and tailor solution-based pitches accordingly.

nClose B2C sales for our flagship AI/ML bootcamps, Gen AI courses, and Agentic AI training programs.





nMaintain high activity metrics: cold calls, follow-ups, CRM updates, proposals.

nWork with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on customer feedback.

nRepresent AgileFever in webinars, events, and online communities when needed.

nnKey Requirements:

nn3–5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in AI/ML course sales or EdTech.

nProven success in selling high-ticket training products (₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 per seat or more).

nDeep understanding of the AI upskilling landscape and buyer psychology in the India and Europe market.

nFluent communication and persuasion skills in English (spoken and written).

nExperience using CRMs (Zoho).

nHighly organized and self-driven with a consistent follow-up discipline.
