Mushroom Solutions is looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities• Generate new leads through prospecting, calls, emails, and other sales channels

- Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their business needs
- Present and communicate our products/services effectively
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze performance
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing,



and other internal teams to drive business growth

? Requirements• 1–4+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Results-driven approach with a passion for achieving sales targets
