Position: Inside Sales CounsellorLocation: Vadodara

Department: KDST – Kanan Digital Sales Team

Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Counselling / Tele-sales preferred (freshers with relevant skills can apply)

What You’ll Do

- Connect with prospective students through calls and digital channels.
- Understand students’ requirements, goals, and study-abroad plans.
- Provide relevant guidance on Kanan’s services and offerings.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the counselling journey.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Prior experience in education counselling, inside sales, or study-abroad sales will be an advantage.
