About the RoleMaVi Solutions is expanding its engineering core. We bridge enterprise-grade platform stability with high-velocity product execution — and we're looking for a powerhouse Mid-Level Full-Stack Web & Mobile AI Application Developer to join as a founding member of the team.

If you love shipping clean code, optimizing cloud backends, and building intelligent cross-platform user workflows — like our group expense management platform, Vi Share — this role is for you.

The Tech Stack You'll Own• Mobile Development: Cross-platform Android & iOS engineering (React Native / Flutter preferred)

- Frontend/Web: Next.js / React, deployed via Vercel
- Backend & Infrastructure: Supabase (or equivalent relational BaaS)
- Version Control & CI/CD: Advanced Git workflows, branch protection strategies, and automated app store deployment pipelines
- AI Integration: Production-ready workflows leveraging Claude / Gemini APIs for agentic user experiences

Core Competencies We Value• Database Precision: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, structural schema design, and query optimization (indexing, views, row-level security)

- Data Engineering Mindset: Ability to build resilient pipelines, manage state synchronization, and handle multi-currency/real-time transactional datasets
- Startup Agility: You don't just take tickets — you own features end-to-end,



from mobile UI layout to backend architecture blueprints

Qualifications:
- Solid Full-Stack Development skills, including Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development.
- Hands-on Software Development experience using modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CSS and related front-end technologies for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with mobile application development (native or cross-platform) and integrating APIs.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and practical experience integrating models into applications is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles, including monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, work with databases, and manage cloud-based deployments.
- Comfort working in a founding or early-stage environment, with a collaborative mindset and strong ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
