Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS) including Data Integration and Application Integration. • Proven expertise in ETL/ELT development and enterprise data migration programs.
- Secure Agent Management: Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting the Informatica Secure Agent on local or cloud hosts
- Platform Administration: Navigating the IICS/IDMC console, managing runtime environments, and setting up server groups or sub-orgs
- User Access & Security: Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), defining user roles, managing group permissions, and handling security keys/certificates (Keystore/Trust store).
- Connection Management: Setting up and testing database, application, and flat-file connections (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, AWS).
- Strong knowledge of zero-downtime and incremental data synchronization techniques. • Experience implementing CDC, delta loads and near-real-time data replication patterns. • Solid knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server data sources and schemas. • Experience integrating Informatica Cloud with AWS-hosted databases and services. • Understanding of data quality, reconciliation, error handling and performance tuning. • Ability to collaborate with application, database and middleware teams (TIBCO ESB).

Responsibilities and Duties
- An Informatica Cloud Administrator (IICS/IDMC Admin) manages, secures, and maintains cloud data integration platforms for the Data Center Exit program. • handling user access and roles, deploying and monitoring Secure Agents,



configuring database and application connections, troubleshooting job and system failures, and optimizing platform performance • Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor Informatica Secure Agents and Secure Agent Groups across local and cloud environments • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), manage user accounts, user groups, and single sign-on (SSO) integration
- Configure and test secure connections to cloud data warehouses on-premise databases, and applications. Manage certificates, keys, and firewall/IP allow-listing
- Oversee Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) taskflows, monitor system logs, and resolve performance bottlenecks • Perform data validation, reconciliation and cutover support during migration waves. • Coordinate with Migration Lead, DB and application teams during wave-based execution.
- Troubleshoot data integration issues during migration, cutover and hypercare phases. • Maintain mapping specifications, migration runbooks and operational documentation.

Cloud Experience Needed
- 8+ years of overall data integration experience with at least 3+ years on Informatica Cloud. • Hands-on experience deploying and operating Informatica Cloud on AWS environments. • Proven experience executing incremental and zero-downtime data migrations in enterprise programs. • Experience supporting wave-based migration execution with readiness checks and cutover validation. • Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC and security concepts. • Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices for data integration pipelines is an advantage. • Experience working in large, mission-critical Data Center Exit initiatives. • Informatica Cloud or AWS certifications are preferred.
