Role Overview:

As a Product Analysis Tech Lead, you will work as a key functional and customer-facing SPOC for Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation while supporting production issues and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary functional SPOC for Oracle Fusion O2C processes.
- Engage with business leads to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and practical Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Own functional areas including Accounts Receivable, customer master data, billing, invoicing, adjustments, ageing, reconciliation, and refunds.
- Ensure accurate accounting flows from Accounts Receivable to General Ledger.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion O2C integrated with Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Support PPM processes including project setup, cost collection, contracts, and project billing.
- Analyze production issues, coordinate resolution,



and provide functional support for critical escalations.
- Support testing, validation, UAT, and implementation of new functionality.
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.

Requirements:

- 710 years of experience in Oracle Fusion functional consulting, product analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion O2C, particularly Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, and related processes.
- Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion O2C integrated with PPM.
- Hands-on understanding of PPM processes including Project Setup, Cost Collection, Contracts, and Billing.
- Experience working with business stakeholders in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of accounting flows from AR to GL.
- Experience handling production issues and coordinating cross-functional resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
