Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through online research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Pitch influencer marketing services to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to prepare campaign proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution after deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Confidence in making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong learning attitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
