Role Overview:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency, automation, and process optimization across aerospace production operations. The role focuses on reducing manual effort, improving machine utilization, optimizing shop-floor space, and increasing overall production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual activities in production processes
- Improve machine utilization, production flow, and operational efficiency
- Optimize shop-floor layout, workspace utilization, and material movement
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and cycle time reduction activities
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and workflow standards




- Monitor production KPIs and support capacity planning activities
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost, and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles
- Strong understanding of process optimization and production systems
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and workflow improvement
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in aerospace, Defence or precision manufacturing industries
- Exposure to automation initiatives and production planning tools
- Understanding of machine utilization, layout optimization, and manufacturing efficiency metrics
