Role Purpose:

Will be responsible for managing government incentives, subsidies, reimbursements, and fiscal benefits available to the organization. The role focuses on ensuring timely claim preparation, compliance with statutory requirements, accurate accounting, stakeholder coordination, and maximizing realization of eligible incentives while maintaining strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Government Incentive Management

- Identify and monitor Central and State Government incentive schemes applicable to manufacturing operations.

- Prepare, review, and submit claims for incentives, subsidies, reimbursements, and financial assistance.

- Track claim status and coordinate with government authorities for approvals and disbursements.

- Evaluate financial benefits of current incentive schemes and recommend improvement opportunities.

Accounting & Compliance

- Ensure proper accounting treatment of incentive income as per Accounting Standards and company policies.

- Maintain complete records of claims, approvals, disbursements, and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines, statutory regulations,



and documentation requirements.

- Support audits related to incentive claims, including statutory, internal, and government audits.

Financial Planning & Reporting

- Support budgeting and forecasting of incentive income.

- Review incentive receivables and follow up for collections.

- Prepare MIS reports on pending claims, realizations, and receivables.

- Provide analytical reports to management on incentive realization and financial impact.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with manufacturing plants, finance teams, commercial teams, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

- Ensure timely renewal, amendment, and compliance of approvals required under incentive schemes.

- Drive automation and process standardization initiatives for incentive management.

Experience :

- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Government Incentive Management, Indirect Taxation, or Commercial Finance within manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, or industrial organizations
