- Mandatory skill sets
- Proven experience in SAP testing, with hands-on exposure to one or more SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO, PP).
- Robust understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and integration points.
- Experience creating and executing manual test cases; knowledge or exposure to SAP test automation tools (e.g., SAP TAO, Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca) is a plus.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Solution Manager.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of SDLC and testing lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Preferred skill sets
- Knowledge of SAP process documentation and Business Process Testing (BPT).
- Experience with data migration testing and batch job verification.
- Familiarity with scripting languages or test automation frameworks.
- Understanding of transport management and SAP change management processes.
