Role Description The Import Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations for pharmaceutical and wellness products. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating import logistics, preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, ensuring regulatory and customs compliance, and tracking shipments to meet timelines. The role involves communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth cross-border operations.

The Import Export





Executive will handle customer service inquiries related to international shipments, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong import and export operations skills, including experience with Import and Export procedures and documentation.
- Knowledge of import logistics, customs regulations, and international shipping practices.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve shipment-related issues, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Familiarity with trade compliance, Incoterms, and basic international trade regulations; experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare products is an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
