Job Position Title: IN_Associate_BUHC-Human Capital_IFS_Chennai
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BU/HC leadership to develop HR strategies that meet business objectives.
- Propose new HR initiatives, policies, and processes.
- Identify critical positions and develop succession plans.
- Deploy the performance management agenda, including goal setting and appraisal administration.
- Advise business leaders on employee performance plans and standards.
- Lead year-end moderation discussions for fair employee appraisals and promotions.
- Manage annual compensation reviews with Total Rewards CoE.
- Coach managers on performance coaching discussions.
- Implement and promote HR policies, plans, and initiatives.
- Execute special HC projects with business leaders.
- Manage exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention.
- Manage sensitive employee relation cases per OGC procedures.

- Competence in handling sensitive employee relation cases and exit interview processes.
Years of experience required:5 to 6 years Education qualification: Master's degree, MBA preferred
