Role Description This full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant (Sales) role is based in Noida and focuses on guiding prospective clients through immigration options while achieving sales targets. The role includes engaging with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings, explaining visa and residency pathways, and assessing basic eligibility based on client profiles. The consultant will maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline, and coordinate with the internal processing team to ensure accurate documentation and smooth application handling.





The position also involves participating in regular training on immigration updates, using CRM tools, and contributing to a positive, ethical, and client-focused work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with comfort in handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets.
- Customer service orientation, with attention to detail, active listening, and a commitment to providing accurate and honest information.
- Basic analytical and documentation skills to review client profiles, understand eligibility criteria, and ensure complete, organized records.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM or similar tools to manage leads, update client information, and generate reports.
- Ability to work in office in Noida in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in immigration, international opportunities, or global education is an advantage; prior internship or exposure to consulting or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
