What we’re looking for

4-8 years of experience in Compensation / Rewards or CompTech or HRTech is preferred (combination of the two would be ideal)

Deep, hands-on understanding of compensation design, structures, processes

Exposure to HRTech/ CompTech/ Project Management technology

Ability to partner with Senior HR, Rewards and Technology stakeholders
