Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SSO federation using PingFederate for on-premises and cloud applications.
- Configure and administer MFA capabilities using PingID, including token-based and OTP-based authentication flows.
- Provide identity and access management support for authentication and authorization scenarios across enterprise applications.
- Support SSO API management and integration requirements, including SCIM and OAuth/OpenID Connect enablement.
- Deliver L2/L3 troubleshooting and operational support for IAM components and related integrations.

Skills Required:





- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in identity management with Ping Identity solutions.
- OAuth and OpenID Connect for authentication and integration use cases.
- PingFederate and PingID experience for federation and identity workflows.
- SAML and Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts for secure authentication and authorization.
- API management and SCIM familiarity for provisioning and identity integration.

Positive to Have:
- API experience for SSO API platform support and integration work.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation (or equivalent work experience).
