Role Description The Human Resources Trainee will support the HR team in managing day-to-day human resource operations for the hospital. This full-time, in office role is based in Prayagraj and includes assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The trainee will help coordinate onboarding, support employee benefits administration, and assist with organizing training and development activities.

Additional responsibilities include supporting personnel management, addressing basic employee queries, preparing HR documentation and reports,



and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth HR workflow.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support routine HR operations.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and willingness to learn and apply institutional guidelines.
- Interest in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee data and supporting workforce-related initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a healthcare environment; prior internship or exposure to HR is an advantage.
