Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing core HR operations and supporting a growing manufacturing organization. This role includes managing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
The Human Resources
Supervisor will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback cycles, and development plans.
Day-to-day activities involve maintaining accurate HR records, supporting training and development initiatives, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and implementing HR best practices that reinforce a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with core HR operations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts, support employee engagement, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Candidates should possess experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and appraisal systems.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of HR Policies, labor regulations, and the ability to implement and communicate HR guidelines effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing workplace.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use HR software and MS Office tools effectively.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors and familiarity with health, safety, and workforce compliance standards is beneficial.
