Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role is based in Dehra Dun. The recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various technical and non-technical roles. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job openings on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.

The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities,



and contributing to HR initiatives that strengthen employer branding and talent retention.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination for multiple job families.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic employment regulations, and structured recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ethical, inclusive approach to talent evaluation.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT or technology services organizations is an advantage.
