About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist who can manage and support day-to-day HR activities while contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and other HR operations.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.




- Address employee queries and coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Help develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workplace initiatives.
- Work closely with the management team on HR projects and organizational development.

Who Can Apply?

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, BBA, B.Com, MBA/PGDM in HR, or a related field

✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills

✔ Proactive attitude with a people-first approach
