Role Description The Human Resources Trainee role is a full-time, in office position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The trainee will assist in daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of HR policies, helping manage employee benefits and attendance,



and supporting personnel management tasks such as handling queries and organizing HR documentation. The role also involves contributing to HR-related communications, participating in HR projects, and collaborating with team members to improve employee experiences and internal processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
