Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support and manage core HR functions for HairJoy Shop’s on-site team in Jaipur in a full-time capacity. This role includes administering HR policies, handling employee onboarding and documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The specialist will coordinate employee benefits, assist with performance management processes, and help address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.





Daily responsibilities also include supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and assisting in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.

The Human Resources

Specialist will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines, while helping to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including HR Management and Personnel Management.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies and procedures.
- Experience administering and managing Employee Benefits programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in retail, beauty, or consumer brands, is beneficial.
