Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

The Human Resources

Specialist will coordinate employee benefits, assist with performance management processes, and help implement HR initiatives that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Daily tasks include responding to employee queries, maintaining HR documentation, assisting in policy interpretation,



and collaborating with management on personnel-related decisions.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.

- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including the ability to interpret and implement company guidelines.

- Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, documentation, and employee communication.

- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and engagement initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.

- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools;

experience in a creative or agency environment is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
