We’re looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing team at WE-Matter.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys connecting with people, and is keen to grow with a dynamic team. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment in a growing startup environment.

Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and other HR activities

- What we’re looking for:

- Valuable recruitment experience/understanding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and ability to build relationships
- Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Comfortable with a BYOD setup and own laptop
