About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Manager – HR Operations to lead and strengthen key HR initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, HR process governance, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and people-focused HR professional who can effectively balance business requirements, employee experience, operational efficiency, and statutory compliance. This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to implement people strategies, improve HR processes, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, internal movements, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Ensure timely execution of HR policies, processes, and employee-related activities.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and documentation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees, managers, and business leaders.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, workplace issues, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, people practices, and HR policies.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support programs that enhance employee experience and retention.
- Identify employee sentiment and engagement trends and recommend appropriate interventions.

3. Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders to support workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Support effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Manage probation reviews, confirmation processes, and employee transitions.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and annual appraisal cycles.




- Support talent development, succession planning, career progression, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Identify critical talent and support retention strategies in partnership with business leadership.

4. HR Strategy & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR policies, processes, and workflows.
- Lead HR transformation and process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Explore opportunities for HR automation, digitalization, and technology adoption.
- Develop and implement standardized HR processes across teams and business functions.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and support data-driven workforce decisions.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, reports, and insights to leadership.

5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal HR governance standards.
- Maintain appropriate HR documentation and records to support compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external HR audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Assist in policy implementation, review, and communication.
- Monitor compliance-related activities and provide timely reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to mitigate HR-related risks and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

6. Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and functional stakeholders.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into relevant HR initiatives and solutions.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, employee development, and people-related decisions.
- Support leaders in managing organizational changes, team structures, and workforce requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, L&D;, and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as a key HR point of contact for assigned business functions.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, employee engagement, performance, hiring, and workforce trends.
- Develop actionable insights from HR data to support business and people decisions.




- Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR reports and dashboards.
- Provide regular HR updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to address workforce challenges.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management
- Robust understanding of Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering
- Experience in Performance Management and Talent Management
- Good understanding of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Data-driven approach with good HR analytics capability
- Process improvement and change management mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, ownership, and execution capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS, HR reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Excel

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in HR Operations, HRBP, Employee Relations, or People Operations.
- Experience in a technology, staffing, IT services, BPO, or corporate environment will be an added advantage.
