About the Role

Domain Expansion is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, employee coordination, and gaining hands-on agency experience, this role offers real-world exposure to daily HR and recruitment workflows in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and maintain candidate databases.
- Help onboard new team members and streamline internal documentation.
- Support employee engagement, check-ins, and performance tracking.
- Assist leadership with day-to-day administrative and people operations tasks.

Requirements





- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office, LinkedIn, and hiring boards is a plus.
