About the Live Project

Laxmi Sattu is looking for a motivated HR & Recruitment Intern to work directly on a real business requirement: building and managing a field-sales team to expand our retail presence.

The intern will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, screening them, coordinating interviews, and helping build the initial team of Field Sales/Retail Sales Interns.

This is a hands-on project where you will actually see how recruitment works inside a growing business rather than simply performing routine HR tasks.

What You Will Work On

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, college groups, WhatsApp communities and other channels.
- Create and post relevant job/internship requirements.
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and screening.
- Coordinate interviews with the company.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- HR Operations

- Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Track candidates through different stages of the hiring process.
- Maintain basic intern records.
- Assist with onboarding of selected candidates.
- Coordinate regularly with the recruited interns.

- People Management

- Help ensure recruited interns remain engaged and active.
- Collect regular updates from the team.
- Identify basic performance or attendance issues and communicate them to the management.
- Gather feedback from interns about their experience.





- Your Key Project Build the Initial Retail Sales Team for Laxmi Sattu

Your primary goal during this live project will be to successfully recruit 2 suitable Field Sales/Retail Sales Interns who will work on-ground with retailers and shopkeepers.

You will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle:

Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Selection → Onboarding → Follow-up
