Human Resources Intern (Remote)
? About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR operations in a professional work workplace.
? Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through various recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Build professional relationships with potential candidates.
Assist in achieving recruitment targets.

Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
