HR Executive – Recruitment for Podar Group of Schools - Mumbai (Parel)

The HR Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for an group of schools offering IB, IGCSE, CBSE and ICSE curricula across Mumbai. The role will involve sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, stakeholder management, documentation and timely closure of academic and non-academic positions.

Experience in IB School Recruitment will be an added advantage and is highly desired, along with exposure to recruitment for international/CBSE/ICSE schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, leadership, administrative, support and other school-based positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and Job Descriptions received from various schools/departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualification, experience, curriculum exposure, communication skills and role requirements.
- Maintain a strong and updated candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule telephonic, virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, school leadership and management panels.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening and assess candidates for communication, stability, suitability, salary expectations and overall fitment.
- Coordinate with Principals, Head of Schools, Academic Heads and Functional Heads for recruitment requirements and interview feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates through the offer, documentation, background verification and joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and continuously monitor Time-to-Fill,



offer-to-joining and recruitment pipeline status.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, campus recruitment and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for joining formalities and ensure all required recruitment documentation is completed.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidate networks, recruitment consultants, colleges, universities and placement offices.
- Support employer branding initiatives and preparation of job postings, recruitment communications and candidate engagement material.
- Ensure recruitment processes are conducted professionally and in accordance with organisational policies and standards.
- Handle candidate queries and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Curriculum / School Recruitment Exposure Candidates with experience in recruitment for IB, IGCSE, CBSE and/or ICSE schools will be preferred.

Prior experience in IB School Recruitment is an added advantage and is particularly desired,

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Approximately 2–5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within the education/school sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate assessment, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closure skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and skilled integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
- Experience of handling IB School Recruitment is highly desirable.

Others - Full Time, 9 to 5 (Mon to Sat), Need based travelling within Mumbai.

Salary - Upto 50K Per month max, PF, Mediclaim for self as per policy
