Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting and coordinating core HR functions at PInterview. This role includes administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding), and maintaining accurate employee records.
The HR Generalist will assist with benefits administration, address employee inquiries, and support performance management and engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations,
and contributing to HR process improvement and documentation. The person in this role will work closely with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with PInterview’s mission.
Qualifications
- Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including experience in HR Management and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and resolving employee queries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on building trust and supporting team members.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR software systems and proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to remote and distributed workforces.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred.
