Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support across the employee lifecycle in a energetic influencer marketing environment.

Responsibilities include administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new team members, and supporting performance management processes. The role also involves handling employee relations, assisting with payroll inputs and HR documentation,



and ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and internal guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring close collaboration with leadership and functional teams to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to handle core people processes and support organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage documentation, procedures, and compliance effectively.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to address concerns, support engagement initiatives, and promote a respectful work environment.
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding practices, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HR software or HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
