Role Description The Human Resources Development Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and improving HR development initiatives that support learners, interns, and internal team members at Zyntiq. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining people development programs, coordinating internship and onboarding processes, and supporting performance feedback and growth pathways.
The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with Zyntiq’s learning and employment objectives, ensuring consistent, fair, and engaging experiences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR documentation, monitoring compliance with organizational policies, and providing guidance on professional growth, workplace etiquette, and corporate readiness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resource Development and People Development, with experience creating growth-focused programs and initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle coordination and HR operations support.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management, such as policy implementation, performance support, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or internship program management is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and HR-related software, along with strong organizational and documentation skills.
