About the Role
We are looking for an HR professional to join our People team and partner closely with multiple business teams across HR Business Partnering and Talent Management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with business leaders and employees, and taking initiatives from problem to solution to impact.
You will get exposure to Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and broader HRBP responsibilities — with the opportunity to build a solid understanding of how people practices drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner with R&D; and Operations leaders to understand business priorities, organisation needs and people challenges.
- Provide practical, data-backed solutions across performance, talent,
engagement and employee matters.
- Support workforce planning, organisation effectiveness and team development.
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive the Performance Management cycle — goal setting, reviews, performance conversations and improvement plans.
- Support talent reviews, identify high performers, high potentials and critical talent, and drive development and retention actions.
- Support succession planning, career development, internal mobility and promotions.
Learning & Capability
- Identify capability gaps through business discussions, performance and talent insights.
- Partner with managers and the People team to design and execute relevant L&D; and capability-building interventions.
- Support manager and leadership development initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- MBA/PGDM graduates from the 2024 or 2025 graduating batch, preferably with a specialisation in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, HR Consulting or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement; exposure to L&D; is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership with the ability to work independently and drive things to closure.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving problems without a playbook.
- Data-driven, curious and commercially minded.
- Hands-on, proactive and willing to challenge the status quo.
What makes this role different
- This is not a process-only HR role.
- You will work closely with the business, solve real people problems, build talent practices and have the opportunity to shape how HR works at a fast-growing organisation.
- If you like building, solving and making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
