Role Description The Human Resources Associate – Recruitment is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The associate will support onboarding activities, coordinate pre-employment documentation,



and assist in HR reporting related to staffing and headcount. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate as part of a cross-functional team.
