Role Description The Human Resources Assistant role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases and HRIS, and assisting with onboarding and orientation processes.
The Human Resources
Assistant will help coordinate benefits administration, track attendance and leave, and support payroll-related documentation. The role also includes assisting in organizing training sessions, maintaining training records, and supporting performance review processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve responding to employee inquiries, preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with management to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Robust understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including HR Management practices.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data entry and reporting.
- Experience or familiarity with Benefits Administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to support Training activities, including scheduling sessions and maintaining training documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and basic documentation skills.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in an HR or administrative role is an advantage, especially in professional services or design firms.
