About The Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team for a six-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a rapid-paced, innovative tech workplace.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Keus Smart Home, you will be instrumental in supporting our hiring initiatives by engaging with potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in sourcing top talent across various platforms. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into talent acquisition strategies, candidate screening, and the end-to-end recruitment process, all while working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify the best-fit candidates for our organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Prior experience or coursework related to recruitment or HR functions is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about talent acquisition processes. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- Actively participate in telephonic interviews and candidate screening to assess suitability for various roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Source and identify relevant talent across multiple platforms, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in developing and posting job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities,



including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and onboarding procedures.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of niche and diverse talent markets, contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR personnel to understand role requirements and organizational needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment strategies and processes.
