NuVista Technologies is looking for an experienced HRMS Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of NuSmart HRMS. The consultant should possess strong HR domain knowledge, experience implementing HRMS solutions, and a working understanding of Oracle NetSuite.

The role involves working closely with customers, HR teams, technical consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective HRMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery workshops to understand customers’ HR policies, processes, organisational structures, and reporting requirements.
- Analyse existing HR processes and recommend suitable configurations and process improvements using NuSmart HRMS.
- Configure and implement HRMS modules, including:
- Employee master data
- Organisation structure
- Recruitment and applicant tracking
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Leave and attendance management
- Timesheets
- Payroll inputs and processing workflows
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- Employee self-service and manager self-service
- HR reports, dashboards, and approvals
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process-flow diagrams, configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Map customer requirements to NuSmart HRMS capabilities and identify configuration, customisation, and integration requirements.
- Work with NetSuite functional and technical teams to integrate HRMS processes with finance, payroll, projects, expense management, and other business functions.
- Understand NetSuite records, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and integration concepts.




- Support data collection, cleansing, validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with technical consultants and developers for customisations, integrations, reports, and workflow development.
- Prepare and execute functional test cases, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend system enhancements.
- Manage customer expectations, document action items, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, requirement discussions, solution preparation, and effort estimation.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends, statutory requirements, HR best practices, and Oracle NetSuite capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience as an HRMS/HCM Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or HR technology professional.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRMS, HCM, payroll, or employee-management applications.




- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HR best practices.
- Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and its functional architecture.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to translate HR requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Valuable understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, workflows, roles, permissions, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with customers, developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite SuitePeople or other NetSuite-based HRMS applications.
- Understanding of payroll, statutory compliance, leave, attendance, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience implementing cloud-based SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of NetSuite saved searches, SuiteFlow workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience working with customers across India or international markets.
- Relevant certifications in NetSuite, HRMS, HCM, payroll, or business analysis would be an advantage.
