SME Careers is looking for an experienced HTML/CSS Quality Assurance Expert (QAE) to support AI training projects. You will review AI-generated HTML/CSS work, evaluate trainer and QA performance, provide detailed technical feedback, and help maintain high-quality frontend standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review HTML/CSS code for quality, correctness, accessibility, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
- Evaluate work against project-specific rubrics and guidelines.
- Identify issues with semantic HTML, CSS architecture, layout, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to trainers, annotators, and QA contributors.
- Support onboarding, training, calibration, and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, and QA documentation.
- Monitor recurring quality issues and help develop scalable QA processes.

Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in HTML/CSS, frontend development, QA, code review, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, selectors, specificity, positioning, and modern CSS.
- Understanding of web accessibility, WCAG basics, and ARIA.
- Strong English communication and technical writing skills.




- Ability to review code against detailed quality rubrics.
- Experience with remote technical teams, mentoring, QA, or code review is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with DevTools, Lighthouse, GitHub, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Sass, Figma, or design systems is a plus.
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, or frontend code QA is an advantage.
