We’re looking for an HR Strategist who can take ownership of HR operations while also working closely with management to build a strong people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

• Handle performance management and employee relations

• Develop and improve HR policies and processes

• Support employee development and training initiatives

• Track HR metrics, attrition, attendance, and performance

• Work closely with managers to improve team productivity and culture

• Handle employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment

• Support workforce planning and organizational growth
